Transfers Synthesis

Torino’s recorded movement shows an active squad reshaping across several transaction types rather than a single pattern. The arrivals include permanent transfers involving K. Fitz-Jim, D. Mascardi, G. Simeone, F. Anjorin and S. Kulenović, a free-agent addition in E. Cömert, and loans for P. Comuzzo and G. Oristanio. The same record includes players returning from temporary spells away. Departures likewise combine loans, permanent transfers, free-agent exits and a return from loan, with C. Padula, P. Schuurs, V. Lazaro and V. Milinković-Savić among the named cases. Because the arrivals and departures shown cover different dates and transaction categories, they indicate a varied pattern of movement without establishing complete totals, a net balance or an underlying sporting policy.

Leagues Torino has participated in

The recorded competition set through 2025 includes recent entries for Serie A, Coppa Italia and Friendlies Clubs, each with a latest recorded year of 2025. The UEFA Europa League entry runs from 2014 to 2019 and is historical in this context. Serie A is the domestic league pathway, while Coppa Italia supplies the principal domestic knockout competition and Friendlies Clubs represents non-competitive preparation matches. The recorded competition history therefore spans domestic league, domestic cup, friendly fixtures and a past European campaign, with no newer European entry shown through the 2025 records.

More about Torino

Torino is an Italian football club based in Turin, Piedmont, founded in 1906. Known as Il Toro, or the Bull, it is also associated with the name I Granata, reflecting its maroon colors. The club’s identity is closely tied to Turin’s working-class traditions and to a civic rivalry with Juventus in the Derby della Mole, one of Italian football’s defining local contests. Home matches are played at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino in the Santa Rita district. The stadium’s name commemorates Grande Torino, the celebrated team of the 1940s whose story ended in the Superga air disaster of 1949. That tragedy remains central to the club’s memory, while the Stadio Filadelfia continues to represent an important historic and training landmark in Torino’s story. The bull, a heraldic emblem of Turin, features prominently in the club’s badge, which also carries the founding year. Maroon home shirts and traditionally white away designs reinforce the visual continuity between the team, its city and its supporters. Torino is a longstanding participant in Italy’s top division and has won seven Serie A titles and five Coppa Italia trophies, according to the club’s established historical record. Its wider honours include the 1991 Mitropa Cup, while its European history includes participation in the UEFA Europa League. The club’s recorded competition profile also includes Serie A, Coppa Italia and friendlies in recent seasons. Torino is owned and presided over by Urbano Cairo, who has held that role since 2005. The club’s football culture is commonly associated with resilience, tactical discipline and hard work, qualities captured by the Toro nickname. Together, its maroon identity, historic home, Grande Torino legacy, domestic honours and intense city rivalry place Torino among the distinctive institutions of Italian football.
