Lucas Estella Perri

Lucas Perri is a Brazilian goalkeeper who was born in Campinas on December 10, 1997. Born in Campinas, he developed at Ponte Preta before joining São Paulo's academy in 2013. He trained with São Paulo's senior squad as a teenager and made his first-team debut in December 2019. In 2019, he also spent a loan spell at Crystal Palace, although he did not make a senior appearance there. After a 2022 loan to Náutico, Perri helped the club win the Campeonato Pernambucano, including a penalty-shootout success in the final. Botafogo signed him in August 2022, and his performances during the 2023 campaign established him as a prominent goalkeeper in Brazil. Brazil called Lucas Perri into the senior squad in September 2023. He moved to Lyon in January 2024, later competing for the starting role and making a decisive save in the Coupe de France quarter-final shootout against Strasbourg, before continuing his career with Leeds.
