Cole Jermaine Palmer
Cole Jermaine Palmer is an English attacking midfielder known for his left-footed technique and ability to operate centrally or from the right. Born in Manchester, he joined Manchester City's academy at eight after beginning in local football. Palmer captained City's Under-18s to league and FA Youth Cup success in 2019-20, scoring the final winner against Chelsea. He made his senior debut in September 2020, then formed part of City's 2022-23 continental treble-winning squad. In August 2023, Palmer transferred to Chelsea for a reported £40 million fee, seeking regular first-team football. He made an immediate impact, recording 22 Premier League goals and 11 assists in 2023-24 and winning the PFA Young Player of the Year award. Palmer has also represented England, scoring in the Euro 2024 final, while his creative passing, composure and positional flexibility have made him a prominent attacking option for club and country.
