Vanja Milinković-Savić

Vanja Milinković-Savić is a Serbian goalkeeper born in Ourense, Spain, on 20 February 1997. He developed at Grazer AK before joining Vojvodina, where his progress led to an agreement with Manchester United in 2014. Work-permit issues prevented him from appearing for United, and after a loan spell at Vojvodina he continued his development with Lechia Gdańsk. In 2017, Vanja moved to Torino, initially serving as a reserve before gaining experience on loan at SPAL, Ascoli and Standard Liège. He later established himself as Torino’s first-choice goalkeeper, recording 18 clean sheets in 36 matches during the 2023–24 season. At international level, he was part of Serbia’s 2015 FIFA Under-20 World Cup-winning squad and started all three of Serbia’s group matches at the 2022 World Cup. Vanja joined Napoli on loan in 2025, bringing a 202-centimetre frame, strong cross-claiming presence and long-range distribution to the Italian club.
