Sebastian Wiktor Walukiewicz

Sebastian Wiktor Walukiewicz is a Polish defender born in Gorzów Wielkopolski on 5 April 2000. He began at MKP Gorzów Wielkopolski and continued his development in Legia Warsaw’s academy before joining Pogoń Szczecin, where he made his Ekstraklasa debut in April 2018. Cagliari signed Walukiewicz in January 2019, giving him experience in Italian football and a platform to develop as a ball-playing centre-back. He later moved to Empoli, initially on loan, and established himself in Serie A during the 2023–24 season. In 2024, Walukiewicz joined Torino, adding the ability to operate on the right side of defence to his central-defensive work. He is currently associated with Sassuolo, where he continues that positional development on loan. Internationally, he represented Poland at the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup, debuted for the senior team in 2020 and was included in the UEFA Euro 2024 squad.
