In February 2024 he joined Forge FC, debuting with an assist in June 2024. Ampomah scored his first Forge goal in July 2024, helping the team secure the 2025 CPL crown. On the international stage, Nana Opoku Ampomah earned four Ghana caps in 2017–2018.
