Mërgim Vojvoda

Mërgim Vojvoda is a Kosovo international defender born in Skënderaj in 1995. He developed in Belgium and joined Standard Liège’s academy in 2011, beginning the pathway that led to senior football. Vojvoda gained experience through loan spells before establishing himself with Royal Excel Mouscron in 2016, where he became a regular right-back. His performances earned a return to Standard Liège in 2019, and he moved to Torino in 2020 to continue his career in Serie A. At Torino, Vojvoda showed positional versatility, operating at right-back, left wing-back and in midfield while contributing to build-up play and defensive work. He currently plays for Udinese and represents Kosovo internationally, continuing a career shaped by adaptability across the defensive line.
