Malachy Aaron Smith

Malachy Aaron Smith is a Northern Irish defender who has developed primarily as a right-back. Born on April 8, 2001, he came through Glentoran’s academy and made his senior debut during the 2018/19 season. Smith spent his early senior career with Glentoran before continuing his development through first-team football elsewhere. He joined Crusaders in 2023, adding experience in the Irish Premiership and recording 16 appearances during the 2023/24 season. His time at Crusaders also included a goal, showing that he could contribute beyond his defensive duties.
