Morris Duggan

Morris Duggan is a German centre-back for Minnesota United FC, born in Munich on 24 October 2000. He developed with Kirchheimer SC, a sixth-tier German club, and often played as an attacking midfielder during his youth. In 2021, he moved to the United States and began his college career at Iowa Lakes Community College, helping the team win a Midwest District Championship. Duggan transferred to Marshall University in 2022 and became captain in 2023, when he was named Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the Year and reached the MAC Hermann Trophy semifinals. Minnesota selected Morris Duggan 67th overall in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft. He made his MLS debut against FC Dallas on 8 June 2024 and spent part of that season on loan with Rhode Island FC. As a tall, left-footed defender, Duggan contributes in duels, aerial defending and build-up play.
