Mohammed Baba Diomandé
Mohammed Baba Diomandé is an Ivorian central midfielder born in Yopougon on 30 October 2001. He developed at the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, where he spent seven years from 2013 to 2020. Diomandé entered senior football with Danish club FC Nordsjælland in 2020 and established himself in the Superliga. His performances there led to a move to Rangers in January 2024. At Rangers, Diomandé has operated as a deeper ball-winning midfielder and in more advanced central roles, while contributing to pressing and forward progression. Although he received attention from Ghana, he chose to represent Côte d’Ivoire and made his senior debut for the Elephants in a 2024 World Cup qualifier against Gabon.
