Guus Berend Til

Guus Berend Til is a Dutch attacking midfielder born in Samfya, Zambia, on 22 December 1997. He moved to the Netherlands as a child, developed with Geinburgia and SV Diemen, and joined AZ Alkmaar’s academy in 2010. Til made his senior AZ debut in a 2016 Europa League qualifying tie and became a regular during the 2017–18 season, later serving as the club’s youngest captain. In 2019, he transferred to Spartak Moscow before joining SC Freiburg on loan in 2020. His return to Dutch football came with Feyenoord in 2021–22, when he scored 15 league goals and helped the side reach the Europa Conference League final. PSV Eindhoven signed Til permanently in 2022, and he marked his debut by scoring a hat-trick against Ajax in the Johan Cruyff Shield. Til chose the Netherlands internationally, debuting in 2018 and later scoring his first international goal against Turkey.
