Guillaume Restes

Guillaume Restes is a French goalkeeper who plays for Toulouse. He developed at Toulouse Montaudran before joining the Toulouse academy in 2011, where he spent more than a decade. Restes signed his first professional contract in 2021 and broke into Toulouse’s senior setup during the 2023 pre-season. He made his Ligue 1 debut on 13 August 2023, starting in a 2–1 victory over Nantes. During his breakthrough 2023–24 campaign, he played every minute of Toulouse’s Ligue 1 and Europa League matches, including the 3–2 win over Liverpool in November 2023. Restes also represented France at the 2024 Olympic Games, helping the team win a silver medal. He remains part of the France U21 and U23 pathways while continuing his career with Toulouse.
