Daniel Wallace

Daniel Wallace is a Northern Irish defender who has built his career in the domestic game. After developing in Northern Ireland, he established himself in the Premiership with Warrenpoint Town, Glenavon, Ballymena United, Carrick Rangers and Linfield. Wallace joined Dungannon Swifts in August 2024, adding another established club to his career. In March 2025, Dungannon extended his contract through May 2026. He later featured in both legs of the club’s UEFA Conference League qualifying tie against FC Vaduz, playing 90 minutes in the away win and 120 in the return fixture. Primarily a centre-back, Wallace has also been used at left-back when required. His role centres on protecting the defensive line, contesting aerial balls and helping his team begin attacks from the back.
