Damienus Reverson

Damienus Reverson is a Dutch forward who represents FC Zürich. Born in Amsterdam on 18 October 2003, he began his development at AVV Zeeburgia before joining AZ Alkmaar’s academy in 2014. He remained there until 2021, then made his professional debut for Jong AZ in the Eerste Divisie on 18 March 2022. Across three seasons with the reserve side, Reverson recorded 51 appearances and seven goals. He was also part of AZ Alkmaar U19’s UEFA Youth League-winning squad in 2022/23. In December 2024, he moved to FC Zürich’s U21 team, earned promotion to the senior side, and made his Swiss Super League debut on 19 January 2025; he later signed an extension through June 2030. Listed primarily as an attacker, Reverson has also featured in central and attacking midfield, giving him a route from AZ development football to a senior role in Switzerland.
