Bartosz Mrozek

Bartosz Mrozek is a Polish goalkeeper born in Katowice on 23 February 2000. He began as a striker and winger before moving into goal during a youth tournament, then developed with Polonia Łaziska Górne, Rozwój Katowice, Stadion Śląski Chorzów and GKS Tychy. Mrozek joined Lech Poznań’s academy in 2014 and signed a professional contract after attracting interest from Manchester United and Crystal Palace. From 2018 to 2021, he gained senior experience on loan with Elana Toruń and GKS Katowice. An emergency move to Stal Mielec in May 2022 brought his Ekstraklasa debut, a 1–1 draw with Śląsk Wrocław that helped secure survival. He returned to Stal for 2022–23, recording 12 clean sheets in 34 appearances before Lech reclaimed him. At Lech, Mrozek became a key figure in the 2024–25 title-winning side, playing every league minute, keeping 14 clean sheets and being named Ekstraklasa Goalkeeper of the Season.
