Brian Jephte Bayeye

Brian Jephte Bayeye is a France-born midfielder who developed in the French football system before building his senior career in Italy. Born in Paris in 2000, Bayeye made four appearances for Troyes B during the 2018–19 season. He moved to Catanzaro in 2019 and later spent the 2020–21 campaign on loan at Carpi, where he made 21 appearances. Returning to Catanzaro, he featured 28 times in 2021–22 as the club reached the promotion play-offs. His performances earned him a move to Torino in 2022, and he debuted for the Serie A side in a 3–0 Coppa Italia victory over Palermo. Bayeye has also represented DR Congo, making his international debut against New Zealand in October 2023 and appearing at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. He is currently associated with FC Botosani.
