Zito André Sebastião Luvumbo

Zito Luvumbo is an Angolan centre-forward born in Luanda on 9 March 2002. He developed in Angola with Primeiro de Agosto after being discovered through local football, and in 2019 he had a trial with Manchester United’s academy. In September 2020, Luvumbo signed for Cagliari, beginning his European career in Italy. A 2021–22 loan at Como gave him experience in Serie B before he returned to Cagliari and helped the club win promotion during the 2022–23 campaign, recording five goals and two assists. In his first Serie A season, he made 30 appearances, scoring four goals and supplying five assists, including a late equaliser against Napoli in February 2024. Luvumbo has also represented Angola since his senior debut in 2019 and featured at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. He joined Mallorca on loan in February 2026, adding a direct, mobile forward to the Spanish club’s attack.
