Zidane Agustini Banjaqui
Zidane Agustini Banjaqui is a Guinea-Bissau midfielder born in Lisbon on 15 December 1998. He developed in Portugal with Real SC, Sporting CP and Benfica, progressing through Benfica’s youth setup before making an appearance for Benfica B. In 2017, he joined SC Mirandela on loan, scoring twice in 22 appearances during his first regular senior spell. Banjaqui then played for Desportivo Aves from 2018 to 2020, featuring regularly in the Primeira Liga in 2019/20 and scoring his first top-flight goal. He later built experience in Liga Portugal 2 with Casa Pia, CD Mafra and CD Feirense, registering six goals for Feirense in 2024/25. After a spell with Greek club Panserraikos, he moved to Ararat-Armenia in 2026. Banjaqui has also represented Guinea-Bissau internationally, adding an international dimension to a career shaped by Portuguese football.
