Zane Monlouis

Zane Monlouis is an English defender from London, primarily operating at centre-back and capable of covering right-back. He joined Arsenal’s academy in 2012, progressing through the Hale End age groups before signing his first professional contract in October 2020. Monlouis became a regular for Arsenal’s under-18 and under-21 sides, and he also captained youth teams during his development. In February 2024, he moved to Reading on loan and made one league appearance. Arsenal later included him in senior matchday squads for Champions League home fixtures against Shakhtar Donetsk and Monaco, although he did not play. In February 2025, Monlouis joined Toronto FC after leaving Arsenal to pursue regular senior football. He made his MLS debut as a late substitute against D.C. United, later starting matches for Toronto before a 2025 injury ended his debut season prematurely.
