Zian Flemming

Zian Flemming is a Dutch midfielder born in Amsterdam on 1 August 1998. He began with ZSGOWMS and RKSV Pancratius before joining Ajax’s academy in 2008, spending nine years there and making his professional debut for Jong Ajax in September 2017. After helping Jong Ajax win the Eerste Divisie in 2018, Flemming moved to PEC Zwolle for the 2018–19 season. He then joined NEC Nijmegen on loan, scoring 13 times in the Dutch second tier. At Fortuna Sittard, Flemming developed into a significant attacking contributor, registering 27 goals across two seasons. His path reflects a progression from Ajax development to increasingly productive attacking midfield roles. He moved to Millwall in 2022 and scored 15 goals in his first campaign, earning the club’s Player of the Season award. Flemming joined Burnley initially on loan before making the move permanent in 2025, continuing his career in England.
