Mehmet Zeki Çelik

Mehmet Zeki Çelik is a Turkish right-back born in Bursa on 17 February 1997. He developed at Yavuz Selimspor before joining the Bursaspor academy, where he spent eight years without making a senior appearance. In 2015, Çelik moved on loan to Karacabey Birlikspor to gain experience in senior football. He then established himself at İstanbulspor, helping the club win the TFF Third League title and earning recognition from the Türkiye national team. Lille signed him in 2018, and Çelik became a regular during the side’s 2020–21 Ligue 1 triumph. He joined AS Roma in 2022, where his defensive discipline and ability to operate at right-back or in a back three broadened his role. Çelik is listed with Juventus and has represented Türkiye at senior level.
