Yassine Belkhdim

Yassine Belkhdim is a French midfielder who plays for Angers. Born in Meulan-en-Yvelines on 14 February 2002, he developed in the Yvelines region with FC Mantois 78, progressing through the club’s youth system until 2020. That year, Belkhdim joined Angers SCO and continued his progression with Angers SCO II before moving toward senior football. He signed his first professional contract with Angers in June 2022. Belkhdim made his senior competitive debut on 18 November 2023, appearing in the Coupe de France against Houilles AC. In the 2024–25 season, he became a regular Ligue 1 contributor, making 29 appearances for Angers. A central midfielder valued for his passing and defensive work, Belkhdim has also been involved with Morocco’s under-23 setup, adding an international dimension to his developing career.
