Williot Theo Swedberg

Williot Theo Swedberg is a Swedish attacking midfielder born in Stockholm on 1 February 2004. He developed at Sickla IF before joining the Hammarby FF academy, where he progressed into senior football and signed his first professional contract in August 2021. Swedberg made an early impact in the 2022 Allsvenskan season, scoring five goals in his first five league matches and earning the league’s Player of the Month award for April. In July 2022, he moved from Hammarby FF to Celta Vigo in Spain. At Celta, Swedberg has operated as an attacking midfielder and from the left side, using movement between the lines, quick combinations and late arrivals in the area. He scored five La Liga goals in 2023–24 and added four goals and five assists in 2024–25. Swedberg has also represented Sweden at under-21 level.
