Waly Diouf
Waly Diouf is a Senegalese defender born in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, on 5 May 1997. He developed at Paris Saint-Germain before spending time with Racing Club de France, then continued his youth path at Olympique Lyonnais and Auxerre. Diouf later featured for the reserve sides of Lyon, Auxerre and Valenciennes as he pursued senior football. His early professional career took him abroad, with spells at FK Palanga in Lithuania, Club Africain in Tunisia and Vysočina Jihlava in the Czech Republic. He returned to France with Versailles, where he contributed during the club’s Coupe de France campaigns and its rise into the Championnat National. Diouf then played for Nîmes Olympique from 2023 to 2025 before joining Dijon, his current club. At international level, he represented Senegal at the 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup, making four appearances.
