Vítor Costa de Brito

Vítor Costa is a Brazilian defender born in Valente on 1 July 1994. He developed at Bahia and made his senior debut for the club in 2015, beginning a career built across Brazil and Europe. After moving to Internacional in 2016, he continued his development through spells involving Arouca and Aves in Portugal. Costa later joined Lens, where he was part of the squad that won promotion to Ligue 1 in 2020. Back in Brazil, he represented CSA and helped the club win the Alagoano 1 title in 2021. In July that year, Costa joined Marítimo, becoming a regular across Portugal’s top two divisions and operating mainly on the left flank. He moved to San Jose Earthquakes in February 2024, where Vítor Costa has continued as a left-sided defender contributing width, crossing and defensive work.
