Vinícius Augusto Tobias da Silva

Vinícius Tobias, whose full name is Vinícius Augusto Tobias da Silva, is a Brazilian right-back born in São Paulo on 23 February 2004. He developed at Internacional after moving from São Paulo to Porto Alegre as a youth player, and the club’s coaches shaped him from a winger into a defender. Shakhtar Donetsk signed him in 2021, although he did not make a senior appearance for Internacional before the move. Following the disruption caused by the war in Ukraine, he joined Real Madrid on loan in April 2022 and spent most of the next two seasons with Real Madrid Castilla. Vinícius Tobias made his official first-team debut for Real Madrid in a 3–1 Copa del Rey win over Arandina on 6 January 2024. He returned to Shakhtar in 2024, where his right-sided pace, dribbling, crossing and build-up work continue to define his profile.
