Vagner José Dias Gonçalves

Vagner attacks space from the left, drifts beyond the line and threatens the channel, while linking play with direct, instinctive runs and smart off-ball movement. Vagner rose with AS Nancy Lorraine in Ligue 2, earned a move to FC Metz in Ligue 1, and later sought further progression. He thrives on quick through balls. International note: Cape Verde debut in 2018 and AFCON 2021 participation. Turning point came with Nancy’s breakout period that elevated his profile and opened bigger moves. Now at Amazonas FC in Brazilian Série B, he presses high and shoots from distance. Vagner’s inverted-left profile favors runs beyond the line and finishing moves to puncture defenses.
