Vicente Taborda

Vicente Taborda is an Argentine midfielder who developed from local football into a senior career with Boca Juniors and Panathinaikos. He joined Boca's academy in 2010 after beginning at Centro Bancario Gualeguay, and helped its reserve team win the Copa LPF Proyección and Trofeo de Campeones Proyección in 2020–21. Taborda made his Boca senior debut on 25 July 2021 in a goalless draw against Banfield. He moved to Platense on loan in 2022, recording 47 appearances, five goals and three assists during his first spell through 2023. Recalled by Boca in August 2023, he appeared as a substitute in the Copa Libertadores final. A second Platense loan in late 2024 brought five goals in 17 appearances during the club's 2025 Torneo Apertura success. Taborda then continued his career at Panathinaikos, where his attacking-midfield experience and ability to operate in wider or deeper roles add versatility to his midfield profile.
