Victor Straistari

Victor Straistari is a Moldovan goalkeeper, born on 21 June 1999. He began his senior career with Petrocub, making his debut in November 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Straistari played for Dinamo-Auto and developed regular first-team experience. He made his European debut for the club in a 2020 UEFA Europa League qualifying match against Ventspils, which Dinamo-Auto lost 2–1. After spells with other Moldovan sides, he returned to Sheriff Tiraspol in 2023, reconnecting with one of the country’s leading clubs. Straistari represented Moldova at under-19 and under-21 level, making his U21 debut in a 2–1 victory over Wales in 2019. He received his first senior call-up in 2023, adding international-squad experience to a career built across Moldovan football.
