Vasil Kostadinov Panayotov

Vasil Kostadinov Panayotov is a Bulgarian midfielder who has built his career through persistence, positional discipline and regular first-team responsibility. He developed with Pirin Gotse Delchev and Pirin Blagoevgrad before joining the Levski Sofia academy, where he was involved with the under-19 side. After leaving Levski’s youth setup, Panayotov sought senior experience with clubs including Volov Shumen, Bansko and Pirin Gotse Delchev. He also played abroad for Ayia Napa in Cyprus and Zawisza Bydgoszcz and Stal Mielec in Poland, broadening his experience across midfield roles. Panayotov returned to Levski Sofia in 2017 and made 26 appearances before moving to Cherno More Varna in 2018. At Cherno More, he became a dependable central midfielder and later captain, helping shield the defence, win second balls and start attacks. Panayotov made his Bulgaria debut in 2019 and remains linked with Cherno More.
