Vetle Winger Dragsnes

Vetle Winger Dragsnes is a Norwegian defender born in Rælingen on 6 February 1994. He developed in Lillestrøm’s youth system before beginning his senior career with Strømmen in 2014. He moved to Ull/Kisa in 2016 and then joined Mjøndalen in 2017, where he helped the club win promotion to the Eliteserien. At Mjøndalen, Dragsnes developed from a wide midfielder into a full-back or wing-back and established himself in Norway’s top division. He returned to Lillestrøm for the 2021–2023 period, becoming a regular on the left side. On 31 August 2023, he transferred to Belgian club Charleroi, where he played as a left-back in a back four. Dragsnes later returned to Norway and is listed with Brann. Standing 187 centimetres tall, he offers defensive positioning, aerial strength and composed short passing, with the ability to contribute from wide or more central areas.
