Victor Dodon

Victor Dodon is a Moldovan goalkeeper born on 1 March 2004. He developed in Moldova’s domestic football system and had established himself as a first-team presence by the 2023/24 season, recording more than 2,430 minutes across the Super Liga and Moldovan Cup. In July 2024, Dodon joined Petrocub, adding senior club experience with the Hîncești side. His early professional development has involved regular competitive football and a growing role in goal for the club. Dodon has also represented Moldova U21, including a start against England U21 in a European Under-21 Championship qualifier on 10 October 2025. That match ended in a 4–0 defeat, but the international appearance placed him in a demanding setting against strong opposition and forms part of his continuing progression.
