Volodymyr Brazhko

Volodymyr Brazhko is a Ukrainian defensive midfielder from Zaporizhzhia, born on 23 January 2002. He began playing in his hometown before joining the Dynamo Kyiv academy at 13 and progressing through the club’s youth ranks. Brazhko did not initially establish himself in Dynamo’s senior side and moved to Zorya Luhansk on loan for the 2022–23 season. The spell gave him regular senior experience before he returned to Kyiv. Back at Dynamo for 2023–24, Brazhko became an important first-team midfielder, combining defensive coverage with reliable passing and a threat from distance. He also helped Ukraine’s under-21 team reach the semi-finals of the 2023 European Under-21 Championship. Brazhko made his senior Ukraine debut in March 2024 and represented the national team at Euro 2024.
