Veljko Birmančević
Veljko Birmančević is a Serbian forward born in Šabac on 5 March 1998. He developed in Serbia and joined Čukarički in 2018, making more than 70 league appearances and scoring 11 goals across three seasons. In March 2021, Birmančević moved to Malmö FF, where he won the 2021 Allsvenskan title and Svenska Cupen. He also helped Malmö reach the UEFA Champions League group stage by scoring in qualifying. Birmančević transferred to Toulouse in 2022 and contributed to the club’s Coupe de France triumph in 2023. He then joined Sparta Praha on loan for 2023–24, a move that became permanent, and won the domestic league and cup double while being named the league’s best player. At international level, he made his Serbia debut in January 2021 and was selected for UEFA Euro 2024.
