Uroš Račić

Uroš Račić is a Serbian professional midfielder born in Kraljevo on 17 March 1998. He developed through Serbian youth football before joining OFK Beograd, where he reached the first team during 2015–16. Račić scored in OFK’s 4–1 victory over Red Star Belgrade, then moved to Red Star in March 2016 and helped the club win the 2017–18 Serbian title. Valencia signed him in 2018, and he gained experience on loan with CD Tenerife and Portuguese side Famalicão. After returning to Spain, Račić established himself in Valencia’s first team and made 35 appearances in the 2020–21 season, scoring his first La Liga goal against Atlético Madrid. He later spent the 2022–23 campaign with Braga, joined Sassuolo permanently in 2023, and played for West Bromwich Albion on loan. Račić has represented Serbia at senior level, including the 2022 World Cup squad, and now plays for Aris Thessaloniki.
