Talles Magno Bacelar Martins

Talles Magno is a Brazilian forward who plays primarily as a right winger. Born in Rio de Janeiro on 26 June 2002, Talles Magno developed in Vasco da Gama’s academy and made his senior debut for the club in 2019 at age 16. He represented Brazil at the 2019 FIFA Under-17 World Cup, helping the hosts win the tournament and scoring twice in the group stage. In 2021, New York City FC signed him from Vasco da Gama, beginning his career in Major League Soccer. Talles Magno contributed to NYCFC’s 2021 title campaign, scoring the winning goal in the Eastern Conference Final before the club secured its first MLS Cup. After being used in wide and central attacking roles, he returned to Brazil on loan with Corinthians in 2024. His game combines a 185-centimetre frame with right-footed dribbling, acceleration and the ability to link play or cut inside from the flank.
