Tanguy Xavier Banhie Zoukrou

Tanguy Xavier Banhie Zoukrou is a French defender who stands 1.89 metres tall. He began playing at FO Plaisir in 2010 before joining AC Boulogne-Billancourt in 2017, developing through the Paris-region pathway. ESTAC Troyes brought him into its youth setup in January 2020, and he made his senior debut against Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1 in August 2021. At Troyes, Zoukrou progressed from occasional top-flight involvement to a regular role during the club’s 2023–24 Ligue 2 campaign, when he also scored his first professional goal. He moved to BSC Young Boys in July 2024, taking his defensive experience into Swiss football and the UEFA Champions League. A centre-back noted for his size, tackling and reading of play, Zoukrou can also contribute through short, controlled distribution. He has represented France at under-19 and under-20 level, including the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup, and is currently listed with Kocaelispor.
