Tomas Olai Totland

Tomas Olai Totland is a Norwegian defender from Bergen, born on September 28, 1999. He developed at Fana IL, making his senior debut in 2015 before joining Sogndal in 2017. Across four seasons at Sogndal, Totland made 81 appearances, scoring seven goals and supplying nine assists. He moved to Tromsø IL in 2021, starting 28 matches and scoring five times in his first Eliteserien campaign. In January 2022, BK Häcken signed him, and he helped the Swedish club win the Allsvenskan title and Svenska Cupen. Totland also gained European experience through Champions League qualifying and Europa League group-stage appearances, while developing as a right-back and inverted wing-back. He joined St. Louis City in December 2023 and in 2024 made 30 MLS appearances, scored two goals and recorded 141 successful tackles.
