Tobias Solheim Dahl

Tobias Solheim Dahl is a Norwegian defender from Trondheim, born on 12 January 2005. He developed with Tiller IL and Melhus IL before joining Rosenborg’s SalMar Academy in late 2021. Dahl progressed through Rosenborg II and made his official first-team debut in May 2022, featuring in a Norwegian Cup tie against Verdal. In March 2024, he signed a new two-year professional contract with Rosenborg. He made his Eliteserien debut later that year, coming on as a substitute against KFUM Oslo in August. In March 2025, Dahl joined Moss FK on loan, gaining experience in Norway’s second tier before returning to Rosenborg during the summer. A tall defender at 186 centimetres, he has been used primarily at left-back, with the versatility to cover centrally, and remains part of Rosenborg’s squad.
