Tim Skarke

Tim Skarke is a German midfielder who has built a career across the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga. Born in 1996, he developed at TSG Nattheim before joining 1. FC Heidenheim’s academy in 2008. Skarke made his professional debut for Heidenheim in September 2015, appearing in a 1–1 draw with Karlsruher SC, and recorded four goals in 62 league appearances for the club between 2015 and 2019. His progress also brought Germany Under-21 involvement in 2017, when he earned one cap. In May 2019, Skarke moved to SV Darmstadt 98, scoring 12 times in 76 league matches during his first spell. He joined Union Berlin in July 2022, later spending time at Schalke 04 before returning to Darmstadt for 2023–24, when he scored eight Bundesliga goals in 30 matches. Skarke subsequently returned to Union, where his versatility allows him to contribute from midfield or in advanced attacking roles.
