Tim Siersleben

Tim Siersleben is a German defender, born in Magdeburg on 9 March 2000. He began his youth development at 1. FC Magdeburg before moving to VfL Wolfsburg in 2016. At Wolfsburg, the 1.87-metre centre-back progressed through the club’s system and reached the first team, making his professional debut in 2021. Siersleben then joined 1. FC Heidenheim on loan in 2021 to gain regular senior experience in the 2. Bundesliga. He became part of the side that won the 2022–23 2. Bundesliga title and secured Heidenheim’s first promotion to the Bundesliga. The move to Heidenheim was made permanent in 2023, and he has continued to provide defensive depth and left-sided balance at the club. Siersleben’s game combines aerial strength, positional discipline and composed distribution, with his left foot supporting build-up play from central defence.
