Téji Tedy Savanier

Téji Tedy Savanier is a French midfielder born in Montpellier on 22 December 1991. He developed in Montpellier's academy and helped the club win the 2009 Coupe Gambardella before leaving in 2011. Savanier began his senior career with Arles-Avignon, where he moved from a forward role into midfield. At Nîmes, he established himself as a creative midfielder and helped the club secure promotion to Ligue 1 in 2018, also earning selection in the Ligue 2 Team of the Year. He returned to Montpellier in 2019, later becoming captain and providing set-piece quality and incisive passing from midfield. Savanier also represented France at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, scoring a late winner against South Africa. He is currently listed with Metz.
