Troy Daniel Parrott

Troy Daniel Parrott is a Republic of Ireland forward from Dublin who developed at Belvedere before joining Tottenham as a teenager. At Tottenham, he progressed through the academy, signed professional terms and trained with the first team. Parrott then gained senior experience on loan with Millwall, Ipswich Town, Milton Keynes Dons and Preston North End. In 2023/24, he moved to Excelsior Rotterdam, scoring 17 goals in all competitions and adding seven goals across four playoff matches. His performances led AZ Alkmaar to sign him permanently in summer 2024. At AZ, Parrott has developed beyond a penalty-box finisher, contributing through link play, movement and attacking combinations while operating primarily through the centre. He also represents the Republic of Ireland, adding international experience to a career that has taken him from Tottenham’s academy to the Netherlands.
