Thomas André A. Meunier

Thomas André A. Meunier is a Belgian right-back born in Sainte-Ode. At Royal Excelsior Virton, he combined football with part-time work and emerged as a striker before developing into a defender. He moved to Club Brugge in 2011, where injuries to teammates prompted his conversion to right-back. Meunier helped the club win the Belgian Cup in 2015 and the Belgian Pro League in 2015–16. He joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2016, winning three Ligue 1 titles and scoring against Basel in the Champions League. In 2020, he transferred to Borussia Dortmund and won the DFB-Pokal. After a brief 2024 spell at Trabzonspor, he returned to France with Lille, while Meunier represented Belgium at the 2018 World Cup, scoring in the third-place play-off against England.
