Tobias Okiki Lawal

Tobias Okiki Lawal is an Austrian goalkeeper born in Linz on 7 June 2000. He began his development with ASKÖ Donau Linz before moving to LASK Juniors in 2013. Lawal joined the Linz Football Academy in 2014, then gained senior experience during a loan at FC Wels in 2017. Returning to LASK Juniors, he helped the side earn promotion to Austria’s Second League and made his professional debut against Wacker Innsbruck II. He reached the LASK first team and debuted in the Austrian Bundesliga in October 2020. In 2023/24, Lawal became LASK’s primary goalkeeper, recording 14 clean sheets and frequently captaining the side. At international level, he represented Austria from under-19 through under-21 and later committed to the senior national team. He now continues his career with Belgian club Genk.
