Terence Kongolo

Terence Kongolo is a Dutch football defender, born in Fribourg, Switzerland, on 14 February 1994. He developed at Feyenoord and made his Eredivisie debut for the club in 2012, growing into a regular presence in their defence. Kongolo helped Feyenoord win the 2016–17 Eredivisie title, ending the club’s long wait for the championship. In 2017, he moved to Monaco before continuing his career in England and later joining Fulham. He subsequently returned to the Dutch game with NAC Breda, while Le Havre also features among his senior clubs. At international level, Kongolo represented the Netherlands at the 2014 FIFA World Cup and appeared against Chile as the team finished third. Listed at 1.88 metres, Kongolo offers central defensive experience and was also used at left-back during his development.
