Tomi Jurić

Tomi Jurić is an Australian forward born in Sydney on 22 July 1991. He began developing at Hurstville ZSC before moving to Croatia as a teenager, where he played for NK Trnje and Croatia Sesvete. After returning to Australia, Jurić joined Western Sydney Wanderers and scored in the first leg of the 2014 AFC Champions League Final, helping the club win the continental title. He made his Australia debut in 2013 and contributed to the 2015 AFC Asian Cup triumph by creating James Troisi’s winning goal in the final. Jurić later played for FC Luzern, Roda JC and CSKA Sofia, and subsequently returned to the A-League with Melbourne Victory. Standing 1.91 metres tall, he offers an aerial target and can lead the line through his physical play. Jurić is currently listed with Zrinjski.
