Thomas Ince operates as a right winger, attacking space and checking runs behind the line for Watford. A productive 2014/15 Derby County loan saw 11 goals in 18 appearances and earned April's Championship Player of the Month. He later featured in the Premier League with Crystal Palace, Hull City and Huddersfield Town, and has England youth caps before joining Watford.
