Torbjørn Lysaker Heggem
Torbjørn Lysaker Heggem is a Norwegian defender born in Trondheim on 12 January 1999. He began at Astor FK before joining Rosenborg’s academy in 2014, and he was part of the club’s 2018 domestic treble-winning squad. Heggem moved through Ranheim and Sandnes Ulf between 2019 and 2022, gaining regular senior experience in Norway. In 2023, he joined Swedish club IF Brommapojkarna, where his performances in the Allsvenskan broadened his reputation. He signed for West Bromwich Albion in 2024 and established himself as a versatile left-back or left-sided centre-back. Heggem was named West Brom’s Player of the Season for 2024–25 and made his senior Norway debut in late 2024. He subsequently moved to Bologna, continuing his career in Serie A while remaining involved with Norway.
