Tobias Hedl

Tobias Hedl is an Austrian forward who plays for Zulte Waregem. Born on 15 January 2003, he joined Rapid Vienna’s academy in 2009 and progressed through the club’s development system. Hedl established himself with Rapid Vienna II between 2022 and 2025, scoring 35 goals in 87 appearances. During the 2024–25 season, he scored 11 goals in 13 Second League matches, while also making two senior-team appearances for Rapid Vienna. In January 2025, Hedl moved to Belgium to join Zulte Waregem, initially on loan before the transfer became permanent. He contributed to the club’s promotion to the Belgian top flight and can operate centrally or from either wing. Hedl has also represented Austria at youth level, including during the under-21 team’s 2025 European Championship qualifying campaign.
